Arraina Thomas is the founder of Pathway Associates, a trauma healing, culturally inclusive organization on the forefront of Racial Trauma healing as well as and racial justice mental health agency (for clients) that serves communities of color. Arraina works with attentively with populations that have experienced trauma through racism, bias, poverty, violence, and loss. Arraina also has worked as a school-based therapist.

Arraina is also the creator of The Pathway Model, a mentor-mentee process that coaches and supports unlicensed mental health professionals to become licensed professionals/providers in their respective communities. Arraina is a life coach, speaker, trainer, licensed clinical counselor, a licensed clinical social worker, and a certified clinical supervisor and trained trauma specialist, and soon-to-be podcast host.

Arraina offers weekly and sometimes twice a week therapy sessions, flexible coaching sessions, and per diem check-ins as short as fifteen minutes. She also facilitates group sessions including Racial Trauma & Healing. She is a mother, grandmother, sister, and sister girl to family and friends. Currently living in Minnesota, she was born in the city of Chicago, IL. Arraina has always been the voice of hope within her circle, family, and community.
